At Artera Collection, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Return Policy explains your rights and obligations regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds. By placing an order through https://arteracollection.com, you agree to the following terms:
1. 30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return for eligible items. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

The item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received.

It must include original tags and be returned in its original packaging.
If the shipping address provided at checkout is incorrect, and the order has already been dispatched, we are unable to amend the address. Artera Collection is not liable for misdeliveries, lost shipments, or items returned due to customer-submitted address errors.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:

Provide your order number and a brief reason for the return.

Wait for our instructions before sending any item.
We will respond with return instructions and the appropriate return address. Any items sent back without prior authorization will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us immediately at sales@shopartera.com so we can assess the issue and arrange for a resolution.
4. European Union Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.
Returned items must meet the same conditions listed in Section 1:

5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund request has been approved or denied.
